The topic of this workshop is: ‘Is your Board on board with social value?’
In order to adopt a meaningful social value approach, everyone in your organisation needs to be on board, including the Board itself. As the guardians of your organisation’s mission, it is essential that your trustees, directors, management committee members – or whatever they are known as – understand a) what social value is and b) how they can manage it. We will discuss the particular role Board members can play in this regard.
